New tutorials: Qt / Qt for S60

Qt is destined to be "the next big thing" for development on Symbian OS / S60. In our courses at the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg, we have already reacted - and now, the first course materials for Qt are available for download. The first three modules cover Qt in general, as the framework is designed for cross-platform development. Future parts will specifically target Qt for S60.
